Capability that holds under constraint.

I build learning and assessment architecture for adults and institutions operating with scarce time, budget, and attention — designed for retained skill, not completion metrics.

Profile

Background in electrical engineering (digital signal processing), with subsequent depth in accounting and enterprise systems — including Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain consulting and cross-certification across SAP and Oracle.

Parallel operating context: household of five children, three with complex care plans. That environment sets the design requirement: methods must survive interruption, incomplete attention, and hard deadlines.

The through-line is structural: how knowledge is organized, how competence is tested, and how work resumes after a break without restarting from zero.

Governing question. Is the individual still able to perform a month later — or did they only complete the material? Product and pedagogy are optimized for the former.

Experience arc

Four phases. Each increased the premium on clear architecture under real load.

  • 1 · Engineering foundation Signal-processing work established a durable habit: isolate invariants, then pressure-test weak links.
  • 2 · Constraint as design input Family and care logistics eliminated any approach that only works in uninterrupted multi-hour blocks. Continuity became a load-bearing requirement, not a convenience feature.
  • 3 · Professional domains under scrutiny Accounting credentials and ERP delivery environments where imprecise explanations fail — in examination and in client settings alike.
  • 4 · Product synthesis The Cognition Factory: structured depth (HAL-E), rigorous assessment (AAE), and between-session continuity so capability transfer survives the calendar.

The Cognition Factory

Founder · Architect

Thesis: organizations and individuals over-invest in content volume and under-invest in conceptual architecture. The result is familiarity without transferable skill.

Response: two complementary engines in a closed loop. HAL-E builds durable domain maps. AAE measures competence under exam-grade conditions. Between-session tools protect progress when work is interrupted.

Primary segments: high-agency solo learners with a defined outcome, and institutions that require capability transfer rather than seat-time compliance.

Learn

HAL-E

Depth engine. Establishes domain structure, isolates what always holds, and stress-tests weak points until the model is usable without notes.

Prove

AAE

Assessment engine. Closed-notes sampling, error classification, and targeted remediation — one source map, multiple goal-specific practice packs.
